Sheffield's PJ Taste are responsible for this divine piece of work - it's not just a Scotch Egg. Although based on the holy trinity of sausage meat, egg and breadcrumbs, it keeps tings fresh with a large glob of Hendo's relish and an injection of Yorkshire cheese.
